Who is behind it
Gaveau Strategy was founded by Bachir Bendjeddou, a senior digital and e-commerce leader with international experience across startups and tech companies. His background is deliberately hybrid: strategy and branding on one side, performance marketing, analytics and operations on the other, with AI now running through all of it.
That mix is the point. Strategy that ignores execution produces decks nobody uses, and execution without strategy produces motion without progress. The engagements that work best are the ones where both live together.
